If you are not fully satisfied with the artwork you, may return the item within 28 days after receipt of your shipment for a full refund of the original purchase price less delivery charge. We cannot exchange items damaged during shipping and we cannot accept items returned after 28 days of receipt. Any artwork that is received damaged must be reported to us and the carrier at the time they are received.

Returned items should be undamaged and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
